Jakarta, 7 May 2019 – PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) once again drew raffle prizes for the IndiHome Program Fantastic Deal Package, with each prize valued at Rp10 million to 125 lucky customers. The raffle drawing was held simultaneously on the same day on Tuesday (7/5) in seven Telkom regional hubs; Medan, Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Balikpapan and Makassar. A selected number of IndiHome customers, several communities, and the media as well as witnesses from Social Affairs Ministry, notaries and the police attended the event. 

Telkom Director for Consumer Service Siti Choiriana said, the raffle prizes is a way for Telkom to appreciate and to  indulge IndiHome customers. "So we don’t only provide the best service for Indonesian homes but also a variety of attractive prizes. In the future, there will be more attractive programs,” said Siti Choiriana in Jakarta.

All IndiHome new customers subscribing to IndiHome Value and IndiHome Premium packages who signed up through myIndiHome app from Februari to 30 April 2019 as well as existing subscribers were eligible to participate in the IndiHome Fantastic Deal package raffle prizes. 

Customers who have activated new installation, add-ons and upgrades would be notified with a message via the MyIndiHome application, offering to participate in the IndiHome Fantastic Deal Promo every month until the program was finished. The customers would get coupons in accordance to their IndiHome payment amount. The promotional program started on 19 February 2019 and ended on 30 April 2019. There were 170 thousand coupons submitted in the raffle. 

“After the IndiHome Paket Fantastic Deal program ens, there will be IndiHome Semarak Kebahagiaan package aimed for all IndiHome customers who sign up during Ramadan. The customers will be eligible to participate twice in the raffle, for 30 umrah packages and for IndiHome Miliarder Semarak Kebahagiaan package, as well a variety of other benefirs. This is Telkom’s way to thank IndiHome customers for their trust and loyality,” Siti Choriana said.

Moreover, Siti Choriana once again called on the public to remain cautious to frauds from unknown parties claiming to represent Telkom. The company has assigned authorized officers to contact the winners directly.
