In order to enliven the Christmas in the end 2016 and welcome the New Year 2017, TelkomGroup presents some activities of corporate social responsibility (CSR) for the people of Indonesia. The forms of corporate social responsibility, among others, by providing assistance to more than 50 churches and 20 foundations / orphanages scattered in various regions in Indonesia.
The handover was marked during the visit Telkom President Director Alex J. Sinaga to Telkom Regional Office (Witel) Siantar, North Sumatra, on Friday (23/12). Assistance is provided by the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Telkom Regional I, S. Susatyo, to the Church of GKPS Sapagambei Sirpang Tolu P. Siantar, Medan Memories GKPS Church, and the Church GKPI Housing Mangala Medan.
Alex said, Christmas and New Year can be a good time to improve service to all stakeholders at a time of sharing. "Christmas and New Year is the right moment for Telkom to provide telecommunication service excellence and spread love and goodness in order to increase the joy of the people who were enjoying time together with family and relatives of each," says Alex.
Alex added, assistance to other churches will be channeled through the Regional Offices throughout Indonesia Telkom. "Assistance to other churches will be channeled by EVP in each of Telkom Regional II to VII, help spread from Sabang to Merauke," added Alex.
Meanwhile, providing assistance to more than 20 foundations orphanage done directly and also through the program "Joy of Love" blanja.com. Through the program "Joy of Love", the public can participate in a donation that will be used to buy a variety of prizes coveted by the children of the orphanage.
