Senior General Manager of Telkom Corporate University Center (TCUC) Jemy Confido received the main award in the "Product and Business Model" category for "MyDigilearn" innovation at the 2022 IDX Channel Anugerah Inovasi Indonesia or IDX Channel Indonesia Innovation Award (ICAII).

Jakarta, 26 August 2022 - PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) has won another award for its business innovation. This time, the award was from IDX Indonesia at the 2022 IDX Channel Anugerah Inovasi Indonesia (ICAII) or IDX Indonesia Innovation Award in 2022. Telkom received the main award in the "Product and Business Model" category for its "MyDigiLearn" innovation.

 

This award recognizes Telkom's innovation for being able to meet the company's current interests while also taking into account the interests of future generations socially and economically, including corporate social responsibility, corporate governance, and other sustainable strategies. Senior General Manager of Telkom Corporate University Center (TCUC) Jemy Confido received the award during the awarding ceremony in Hotel JS Luwansa, Jakarta. The honorary jury, Indonesian Coordinating Minister for the Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartanto was also present at the event and delivered his keynote speech.  

 

Telkom Human Capital Management Director Afriwandi said on a separate occasion that this award was an appreciation for all Telkom people who never stop innovating. "Thank you to IDX for the award. It shows trust in Telkom and appreciation to all our personnel to continue innovating. MyDigiLearn is a form of Telkom's commitment to support President Joko Widodo's direction to prepare nine million digital talents in the next 15 years. With this innovation, we hope it will encourage acceleration and become a big opportunity for Telkom to contribute to improving Indonesia's digital economy,” Afriwandi said.

 

MyDigiLearn is a digital learning platform built by Telkom Corporate University Center (Telkom CorpU) to prepare and develop state-owned enterprises digital talents, followed by an innovation experimentation process. It applies the principle of personalized learning that users can access anytime, anywhere, and using any device with a different learning experience. This platform provides a dynamic curriculum and invites users to participate in user generated content. MyDigiLearn is a learning platform with the most complete types of digital learning content in Indonesia. Currently, 109 state-owned enterprises and various other institutions such as the Ministry of State Secretariat and the Ministry of Communication and Informatics have been using myDigiLearn. 

 

“We will continue to develop MyDigilearn and add more advanced features such as Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality equipped with strong data analytics capabilities, so that we can provide a better and more enjoyable learning experience for the community. After all, we have a responsibility as agents of national development," Afriwandi said. 

 

This year is the 4th edition of ICAII themed "Fostering Sustainable Innovation In Economic Recovery". Quoted from its official website, ICAII is an event to confer appreciation to companies that have demonstrated a superior innovation initiative, that has a broad impact, sustainability, and high novelty. ICAII is one of IDX Channel's efforts to encourage business innovation in Indonesia.

 

Before being named as the recipient of the main award in the "Product and Business Model'' category, Telkom has followed the ICAII judging stages. The juries for this category were Dr. Wahyu T. Setyobudi (PPM Management Transformation and Innovation Strategy Researcher), Dr. Asnan Furinto (Head of Research Area Marketing at Binus Business School), Dr. Iman Permana (Director of Human Resources and Legal President University Foundation).

 

Previously, MyDigiLearn also won the Top Public Service Innovation in Public Service Innovation Competition in SOEs in 2021.
