Telkom won the Golden Award at the 2022 Human Resources Excellence Awards in the category of Excellence in CSR Strategy.

 

Jakarta, 13 October 2022 - The commitment of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) in carrying out its CSR program has yielded good results and appreciation, with Telkom once again winning the Human Resources (HR) Excellence Awards 2022 in the Excellence in CSR Strategy category. The Golden Awards recognizes Telkom for its consistent and sustainable implementation of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Strategy. 

The 2022 HR Excellence Award is the award's 13th edition held by Light House Independent Media, a publishing company from Singapore. Presenting all winners from 29 award categories, this time the 2022 HR Excellence Award carries the theme "Reinventing HR Roles & Strategy To Accelerate Business Growth in The Post-Pandemic Times''.

Competing with other large companies, Telkom is recognized as a company that has succeeded in carrying out many digital innovations in CSR programs amidst the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, so that it is considered ready to face the era of post-pandemic digital economic growth revival.

The assessment in the 2022 HR Excellence Award did not just cover a company's successful business performance, but also consistency in implementing human resources management practices. The panel of juries at this award were practitioners and senior academics in the field of business management, especially human resources management and have been active in the field for more than 20 years, including in state-owned enterprises (SOEs). 

"This award further strengthens Telkom's steps as a digital telco company to continue to deliver effective, impactful and sustainable CSR programs by utilizing technology and digital innovation as a form of real work that is beneficial to society and the environment and with the spirit of SOEs for Indonesia," Telkom Human Capital Management Director Afriwandi said responding warmly to the award. 

This award is also an appreciation for Telkom's success in running a sustainable CSR program by emphasizing the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and creating added value through the Creating Shared Value  approach for communities and companies by meeting the criteria for effective CSR.
