Jakarta, February 24, 2020 – IndiHome is a fixed broadband business of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) which continues to grow very rapidly and ended 2019 very well with the number of customers reached seven million and 48% revenue growth. IndiHome is also now available in 489 of 514 cities and districts in Indonesia. Starting 2020, IndiHome further strengthens its position as a fixed broadband market leader with a target of 8.3 million customers and revenue growth of up to 20%, which it aims to achieve by improved customer service, product innovation and attractive programs that would enhance the quality of the customer's digital experience. 

As a way to achieving the target, IndiHome has a sales strategy which includes focusing on IndiHome sales penetration through digital activation integrated with the new digital marketing platform, optimizing production equipment that has been and will be built, and packaging IndiHome sales with various interesting gimmicks such as IndiHome Joyful Happines, IndiHome Makes a Happy Home 2020 and others.
 
In addition, to maintain the quality of IndiHome services, IndiHome has strict operating standards in end-to-end fiber network withdrawals to customers’ homes. For the premium cluster and apartment segments, IndiHome is focused on rapidly deploying fiber networks to these locations and offering a new and more attractive business partnership model for apartment and premium clusters.
 
To achieve its target, IndiHome also continues to innovate by developing more creative digital products and in accordance with market needs. This time, IndiHome innovated a product, IndiHome Lite, that offers a subscription in pairs for two customers at the same time at an affordable price.

It is expected that with myIndiHome, Telkom can continue to improve customer convenience in enjoying IndiHome services.

From improvement on IndiHome's customer service aspect, IndiHome continues to make more improvements to implement one-day service, so that customers do not have to wait for long to be handled by IndiHome technicians. IndiHome also makes it easy for customers to pay bills through various billing payment points. At present, customers can pay their IndiHome bills through various online and offline modes. Offline payments are available via ATM, auto debit accounts, credit cards and cash payments at bank tellers, Telkom Plaza, Kopegtel, Alfamart, Alfamidi, Pegadaian, Indomaret, Bright Food and Drink, and post offices, while online payments are available through internet banking, mobile banking, phone banking/bank call centers, SMS banking and of course through the myIndiHome application.

IndiHome's marketing program is also part of innovation. In 2020, IndiHome launched the "All Houses Can, Everyone Can" campaign to foster every Indonesian family’s confidence that they can reach out to the world from home through IndiHome services and content.
