Jakarta, 5 April 2022 – PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) through its subsidiary PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Telin) announced the opening of a new representative office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates on Thursday (31/3), in an exemplification of the SOEs Go Global spirit and as an effort to provide services for its overseas segments. This new office is Telin's eleventh office established overseas. The opening of this office was marked by the plaque signing by Telkom Wholesale and International Service Director Bogi Witjaksono, with the Indonesian Consulate General in Dubai, United Arab Emirates K. Chandra Negara, Director of Business Development Dubai Internet City Faisal Mahmood, Telkom Commissioner Abdi Negara Nurdin, Telin President Director Satria Darma Purba, Telin Commercial Director, Kharisma and Telin Group EVP Governance and Compliance, G.E. Dhany Widjajanta were in attendance at the event.
Establishing an office in Dubai is a manifestation of Telin's commitment in developing its business in the Middle East and expanding its international operations coverage and presence to strengthen Telin's position as the preferred operator for global partners in providing services and access particularly to the Southeast Asia region. Dubai is a strategic location in the Middle East region and is one of the fastest growing business city centers and it has become one of the largest business centers in the world.
With the support of company resources and professional experience, Telin is committed to continuing to provide the best service for all customers in various regions of the world. Telin has also appointed one of its best talents, Shailesh Joshi, Telin Voice Wholesale Senior Account Manager to manage Telin Dubai office.

The Dubai representative office is located in Dubai Internet City (DIC) located about 25 kilometers from downtown Dubai on Sheikh Zayed Road between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. DIC, the largest information and communication technology center in the Middle East and North Africa, was developed and designed to provide information to ICT service companies.
Previously, Telin had established branch offices in various cities including Singapore, Hong Kong, Dili, Sydney, Wellington, Kuala Lumpur, Los Angeles, Taipei , and Yangon.
