Nuon Digital Indonesia VP Digital Music Adib Hidayat delivered his remarks at the 2023 XVI National Conference of Indonesian Private Radio Association (PRSSNI) in Jakarta recently. Nuon via its Langit Musik application has introduced a radio streaming feature, which enables listeners to listen to radio broadcasts anywhere and any time via a smartphone device.

Jakarta, 29 May 2023 - Keeping up with the ever changing time, technology continues to develop rapidly and creates new challenges, including challenges in broadcast media, especially radio. To face these challenges in the digital era, the radio industry needs to be more adaptive to remain relevant to the current situation in aligning the industry to grow and advance.
Given these conditions, one of Telkom Indonesia's subsidiaries, PT Nuon Digital Indonesia, through its service, Langit Musik, participated in the XVI 2023 National Association of Indonesian Private Broadcasting Radio Association (PRSSNI) held recently at the Krakatau Building, Mercure Hotel Ancol. At this year's national conference, PRSSNI brought the theme "Radio Stays Relevant" as a turning point for the radio broadcasting industry to keep moving forward with developments.
Langit Musik's participation is a manifestation of Nuon's commitment to supporting the radio industry's progress. For that, Langit Musik has introduced a radio streaming feature in the Langit Musik application that enables people to listen to radio anywhere and any time via a smartphone. "Nuon Digital Indonesia through our music streaming product service, namely Langit Musik, provides full support for the radio broadcasting industry," VP Digital Music Nuon Digital Indonesia Adib Hidayat said.
Adib also said that radio is very closely related to the music world. So many works of music popularized via radio. In the digital era, people can listen to music and radio via music streaming platforms and Langit Musik has had a radio streaming feature since early 2023. To date, there are 22 radio stations available on the Langit Musik radio streaming feature.
With the spirit of " Championing Indonesian Music" and in line with the national conference's theme, Langit Musik is committed to support the radio industry's progress in the digital era. Collaboration between Langit Musik and PRSSNI is expected to remain firm so that more PRSSNI member radios would be available for listeners on the radio streaming feature.
