The most recent version of myIndiHome application comes with a concept that offers new excitement. A variety of excellent features are available for customers to manage their IndiHome services more conveniently, namely scheduling technician visits for IndiHome services new installations and repairs, at the customer's earliest convenience. Customers can relax and be assured of the technician's work progress as they can track the work from wherever they are through the application. 

With a more attractive appearance, myIndiHome app also makes it easier for customers to find and choose an IndiHome subscription package and a variety of other interesting digital services such as activating Disney+ Hotstar video streaming services and so on. Customers can check and make payments for IndiHome services through various channels, including bank transfers, debit or credit cards, myIndiHome balances, and most recently, LinkAja.

In the future, the application will be equipped with biometric features with artificial intelligence (AI) technology so that customers can quickly access applications with biometric facial recognition without having to remember access codes and passwords.
