Jakarta, 26 January 2023 - PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) is collaborating with PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) to improve services with information technology. This collaboration is an effort to boost collaboration between state-owned enterprises and regional-owned enterprises and was marked by the signing of a memorandum of understanding by Telkom Enterprise and Business Service Acting Director FM Venusiana R. and President Director of Transjakarta M. Kuncoro Wibowo in Jakarta, Thursday (26/1).

"This signing is one of the first steps for transformation in Transjakarta, especially in the field of information technology, starting from designing applications that make it easier for customers, preparing infrastructure, to the team that will run it," President Director of Transjakarta M. Kuncoro Wibowo said.

Telkom Enterprise and Business Service Acting Director FM Venusiana R. welcomed this collaboration, saying "Telkom is committed to collaborating with Transjakarta to develop governance, service management and developing human resources in the field of information technology. We hope this collaboration can make operational processes in Transjakarta more effective and efficient," Venusiana said.

This collaboration is expected to further optimize information technology development in Transjakarta and to help achieve the company's transformation target, such as reducing the number of accidents and increasing non-tickets revenue (non fare box).
