Jakarta, 8 September 2022 - Executive Vice President of the Government Service Division of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) Dedy Mardhianto made an official visit to the Indonesian Army Transportation Battalion to strengthen cooperation between the two parties. Head of the Center for Army Transportation Major General TNI Nurcahyo Utomo welcomed Dedy during his visit in Candya Wiratama hall of the Transportation Battalion in Jatijajar.
Digital technology in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 is increasingly massive and contributes to many sectors, including the defense sector. The Commander of the Transportation Battalion Lt. Col. Chb Aprijon briefly introduced the Transportation Battalion's transportation fleet and showed a demonstration to Telkom of the technology that the Army Transportation Center's Transportation Battalion has.
"Telkom as a state-owned enterprise will continue to provide support for the Indonesian Army to carry out its activities and its duties to defend the country from internal and external attacks. We hope that our long-established collaboration can remain sustainable and mutually reinforcing,” Telkom Government Service Division EVP Dedy Mardhianto said.
On the same occasion the Head of the Center for Army Transportation Major General TNI Nurcahyo Utomo said that, “We at the Center for Transportation feel very happy and grateful for Telkom's ongoing service and cooperation so far. We always welcome the current digital developments because Telkom is a state-owned enterprise that is able to provide communication solutions, which are our focus at the Indonesian Army's transportation center," Nurcahyo Utomo.
Senior Leaders of Telkom's Government Service Division and the Army Transportation Center top brass also took part in the visit. This cooperation is expected to remain firmly established and Telkom can continue to provide maximum support through telecommunications infrastructure.
