Jakarta, 21 April 2023 – In anticipation of the peak travel season of Eid al-Fitr 1444 H, PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) is committed to providing the best telecommunications services and networks to ensure an exceptional customer experience for all its customers and the Indonesian people.

To maintain excellent telecommunications service and network quality, the entire Telkom Board of Directors conducted hybrid visits (offline and online) to several infrastructure and customer service posts across Indonesia. They also inaugurated the TelkomGroup Siaga RAFI 2023 command posts on Tuesday (18/4). These posts include national, regional, functional division posts, infrastructure posts, subsidiary posts, and high-traffic locations.

During these visits, the directors received presentations on the condition of the posts and the officers' readiness commitments to safeguard Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr 1444 H season. The event included a fire briefing from the board of directors as an appreciation and support gesture towards all officers, concluding with a symbolic appreciation presentation to the TelkomGroup Siaga RAFI 2023 command post officers' representatives.

In his address, Telkom President Director Ririek Adriansyah said he appreciated all employees and reminded them of sectors needing attention and assistance during the Eid holiday, particularly the banking sector, with a focus on Bank Indonesia due to increased banking transaction traffic during Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr.

"This year's homecoming is expected to increase significantly, especially with the opening of several newly operated toll lanes aimed at preventing traffic congestion. We need to anticipate network requirements in these new areas to ensure uninterrupted connectivity," Ririek said.

With the spirit of "purify the heart, make sincere intentions to develop the country," the TelkomGroup Siaga RAFI 2023 program encompasses four main initiatives: Excellence CX to ensure superior service in high-traffic areas, the Special Service Project for Customers providing bespoke solutions through special programs, Digital Experience offering top-quality digital products and services, and the Charity for Indonesia program, reflecting Telkom's commitment to the Indonesian people, especially those in need, through aid and compensation programs. This year, Telkom has established 92 command posts nationwide, staffed by over 19,000 personnel ensuring the reliability of telecommunications networks and customer service 24/7 throughout the Eid holiday.

"On behalf of the TelkomGroup Board of Executives, I extend Eid al-Fitr 1444 Hijriyah greetings. May all our efforts yield maximum results and be a source of reward for all," Ririek said.
