Jakarta, 2 February 2023 - Yakes Telkom, a subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom), continues to expand its scope of services and this time by forging a partnership with Primaya Group hospitals, as an effort to improve the quality of health services for the community. Yakes Telkom President Director Tri Priyo Anggoro and CEO of Primaya Group Hospital, Leona A. Karnali marked the partnership by signing a cooperation agreement at Primaya Hospital, Tangerang. Yakes Telkom Health Services Director M. Suny Arifianto, Directors of Primaya Hospitals in the greater Jakarta area, and Directors and Senior Leaders of Yakes Regional I-VII participated in the event with their online presence. 

 

This collaboration is a manifestation of Yakes Telkom's commitment to always provide the best health services for its participants. "Our service perspective is how to take care of our participants as if we are taking care of our own parents, with proper services and the same standards throughout Indonesia. We can achieve this through collaboration with strategic partners. We hope that Yakes Telkom and Primaya Hospital can prosper and develop together to provide the best customer experience for participants," Yakes Telkom President Director Tri Priyo Anggoro said.

 

The cooperation with the Primaya Group allows Yakes Telkom participants to access health services at 15 Primaya Hospitals across Indonesia. This of course further expands the coverage of Yakes Telkom's health services so that it can reach more people. In addition, the administrative process is also easier and more efficient with the use of digital technology.

 

CEO of Primaya Group Leona A. Karnali welcomed the synergy as the first step towards profitable collaboration for all parties, saying, "it is also an honor for us for Yakes Telkom's trust by collaborating with us. We have a network of 15 hospitals with comprehensive health services and professional and experienced medical personnel to support this collaboration. We hope in the future we can continue to improve cooperation,” she said.
