A Telkom's Effort to Optimize Business Opportunities in Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS)

Jakarta, 23 November 2023 - The OCA Indonesia (OCA) omnichannel platform from PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) launched a new program called "Partnership". This program aims to create a technology-based partnership ecosystem for Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) to drive collaboration efforts in enhancing competitiveness and business profitability for existing and new OCA partners.

"Telkom doesn't want to miss out on CPaaS business opportunities. The Partnership program from OCA provides a solution for various companies to collaborate, enabling them to fully capture the CPaaS market," Telkom Digital Business Director, Muhamad Fajrin Rasyid said.

OCA, as an omnichannel platform that adopts CPaaS technology, allows its users to develop easily programmed communication strategies. Omnichannel communication is currently the best business strategy as it can reach customers more quickly and accurately. The CPaaS market is projected to grow from US$ 11.04 billion in 2022 to US$ 62.54 billion in 2029.

There are three main programs available in the OCA Partnership program. First, White Label, a program that allows OCA partners to have a license to resell OCA products and services. Additionally, partners can customize OCA products and services with their business branding. The White Label program of OCA is an effective way for partners to have similar technology used by OCA without having to build it from scratch. Through this program, partners have the potential to acquire new customers by offering cutting-edge technology while still using their brands.

Second, Reseller, a program that enables OCA partners to obtain special pricing, allowing them to resell OCA products. Partners will profit from the price difference in sales and receive special support from OCA sales teams that assist in selling to the partner's clients.

Third, Innovations Partners, a program that enriches the service capabilities and technological capabilities of OCA partners. This collaborative program serves as a solution to expedite service development and add selling value for customers.

The OCA Partnership Program is customizable to meet the business partners' needs. To join the OCA Partnership Program, prospective partners only need to visit https://ocaindonesia.co.id/partnership/ and fill in the required data. After registering, an OCA representative will contact the prospective partner to discuss which Partnership program is desired and needed.

Upon joining the OCA Partnership Program, all partners will also benefit from comprehensive training, including product knowledge learning, technical support through onboarding training, special pricing, and the addition of omnichannel communication services to strengthen partner business services. Through this training, all partners will be better equipped to run their businesses, expand into new markets, and enhance the quality of services provided to consumers.

"We are optimistic that the OCA Partnership Program can have a positive impact on its partners. Thus, partners can be more competitive in the market, engage in more collaborations, and seize more opportunities through their innovations with OCA," Tribe Leader of Enterprise & Wholesale Digitalization at Telkom, Ahmad Rosadi Djarkasih, said.
