Direktur HCM & Strategy Telkom Akses, Nizar menerima penghargaan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) Award 2023 dengan berhasil menerima peringkat “Gold” untuk Telkom Akses yang diselenggarakan oleh Badan Standardisasi Nasional (BPN) di Jakarta Convention Center beberapa waktu lalu.

Director of HCM & Strategy at Telkom Akses, Nizar, received the Gold award of the Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) Award 2023 for Telkom Akses, during a ceremony organized by the National Standardization Agency (BSN) at the Jakarta Convention Center (16/11) recently. 

 

An improvement from last year's achievement proves the company constantly develop.

 

Jakarta, 24 November 2023 –  PT Telkom Akses, one of the subsidiaries of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom), was awarded the 'Gold' ranking in the 2023 Indonesian National Standard (SNI) Award, organized by the National Standardization Agency (BPN). Director of HCM & Strategy at Telkom Akses, Nizar, received the award at the Jakarta Convention Center (16/11).

"The SNI Award is an appreciation given by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to businesses and organizations that consistently apply Indonesian National Standards," Head of the National Standardization Agency (BSN), Kukuh S. Achmad, said in his speech during the SNI Award 2023 ceremony.

The SNI Award is the highest form of recognition from the Indonesian Government to businesses and organizations that have committed to maintaining quality and excellence in every business process and service they produce. Evaluation is based on the organization's performance across seven criteria: leadership, strategy, customers, resource management, operations (business processes), performance analysis and improvement, and business results. The SNI Award 2023 consists of 12 categories and the participants were government and private institutions that meet legal requirements. After a lengthy judging process, a total of 61 organizations or companies were selected as award recipients, including Telkom Akses.

"This achievement proves that Telkom Akses' strategy is right on track. Hopefully, being recognized with this SNI Award 2023, we will be even more motivated to improve our commitment to excellence and quality, thus increasing customer satisfaction for Telkom Akses," Director of HCM & Strategy at Telkom Akses, Nizar, said after receiving the award.

The gold ranking recognition that Telkom Akses achieved this year was an improvement from previous years when it was awarded a Silver ranking. This accomplishment serves as a significant asset for the company in achieving its future vision to become the preferred strategic partner in the telco industry in Indonesia, advancing Indonesian society while supporting TelkomGroup's efforts in delivering the best quality services to create the best customer experience.
