Jakarta, 18 April 2022 - State-Owned Enterprise Minister Erick Thohir officially kicked off the 2022 state-owned enterprise (SOEs) joint recruitment. The registration runs from 14 April to 25 April 2022. A number of SOEs participated in the joint recruitment program under the Indonesian Human Capital Forum (FHCI), including PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom), as the only company that recognized as the best place to work in Indonesia in 2021 according to Forbes and ranks first on LinkedIn's Top Companies 2022 in Indonesia.

Telkom Human Capital Management Director Afriwandi said Telkom supports the SOE Ministry's program by opening 250 positions in 11 work fields in the company. “We call on Indonesia’s best talents and provide them opportunities to take part in our efforts to digitize the nation through Telkom. Because at Telkom, we don't just have a career, but we also learn, grow, and contribute through digital innovation,” Afriwandi said when launching the recruitment program with SOEs (12/4) at the Ministry of SOEs.

Responding to applicants' questions regarding employment status in this joint recruitment, Afriwandi said that recruited applicants will become permanent employees. "For the 250 applicants who are recruited, they will become Telkom’s permanent employees and automatically be part of Telkom’s on-boarding program for new employees, namely the 15th batch of Great People Trainee Program (GPTP)," Afriwandi said.

The 11 job fields available are in digital connectivity, digital platform and IT, digital service, sales, customer engagement, business strategy and development, legal and compliance, internal audit, finance, human capital, and general affairs and support. Given the high interest in this joint recruitment program, applicants are advised to immediately choose one of the 11 available job fields.
