Salatiga City Government Appreciates Telkom's Quality of Telecommunication Services and After Sales Support

 

Semarang, 24 October 2023 – PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom), a state-owned company and leading digital telecommunications provider, continues to strengthen its Business-to-Business segment within the local government sector. This commitment was marked by the signing of a bandwidth cooperation contract with the Salatiga City Government. The signing ceremony took place recently at the Communication and Informatics Service Office of the Salatiga City Government. It was attended by the Head of the Salatiga City Diskominfo, Budi Prasetyo, along with his staff, the Head of the Information Applications Division of the Salatiga City Diskominfo, Jadi Amali, and the GM Regional Government Enterprise Service Telkom Regional IV, Wijayanto, along with his team.

Budi Prasetyo expressed his appreciation for Telkom's performance and commitment to providing excellent service. "Based on our partner evaluation, we wish to continue our collaboration with Telkom because, to date, it remains the best and offers superior after-sales support to facilitate government programs through synergy and innovation," Budi said.

Wijayanto also expressed his gratitude for the continued trust of the Salatiga City Government in Telkom. "As a state-owned company and leading digital telecommunications provider, maintaining quality and customer satisfaction is our priority, along with fostering strong cooperative relationships," Wijayanto said.
