For the third consecutive year, Telkom has secured its place in the Forbes 2023 World's Best Employer list, surpassing leading global companies.

Jakarta, 17 October 2023 – PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) continues its transformation into a digital telco company by improving the quality of its human resources, yielding yet another positive outcome in 2023. Telkom has been recognized in the Forbes 2023 World's Best Employer rankings. Maintaining its position for three consecutive years is a significant achievement for the company, especially with 265 companies dropping off the list this year.

Telkom ranks 421 globally and 8 in the telecommunication and services industry category, surpassing other telecommunications giants such as KT Korea, Vodafone UK, Nokia Finland, Kapsch Austria, Singtel Singapore, and NTT Japan.

Forbes collaborated with Statista, a global market research firm, to survey 170,000 full-time and part-time employees across multinational companies/agencies from 55 countries. Respondents evaluated companies based on impact, company image/reputation, economic footprint, pride in services and products, talent development/career training, employee benefits (work-life balance, remote work, health benefits, salary and work environment), gender equality, and social responsibility.

Telkom President Director, Ririek Adriansyah, said he is grateful for the Forbes Global recognition. "It's an honor to maintain our position for three consecutive years as the only Indonesian company listed among the world's best workplaces by reputable international media like Forbes Global. This motivates us to continue our transformation based on AKHLAK core values—trustworthy, competent, harmonious, loyal, adaptive, and collaborative—particularly in developing globally competitive digital talent within our human resources."

"We extend our gratitude to the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises for their continuous guidance and support in Telkom's growth," Ririek said, thanking various stakeholders. He acknowledged the contributions of the board of commissioners, board of directors, senior leaders, and all TelkomGroup employees for their consistent efforts in enhancing Telkom's employee value proposition, making it a premier workplace where talents thrive, learn, grow, and contribute to Indonesia.
