Additionally, Telkom Indonesia has initiated i-Chat, an application specifically designed to facilitate communication for individuals with hearing and speech impairments. By using i-Chat, individuals with hearing and speech disabilities can communicate more smoothly and confidently with family, friends, and the general public.
