The IFFa website launch aims to facilitate the production of Indonesian films
Jakarta, 11 December 2023 – As a company operating in the digital lifestyle sector, Nuon Digital Indonesia (Nuon) and National Film Production (PFN) launched recently the website Indonesia Film Facilitation (IFFa) as part of its consistent and active contribution to supporting the digitalization of the Indonesian film industry. The launch was held in the Sapta Pesona Building, Central Jakarta with Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Sandiaga Uno, Deputy for Marketing Ni Made Ayu Marthini, Deputy for Digital Economy and Creative Products Neil El Himam, Chief Operating Officer of Nuon, Chandra Tamrin, and PFN President Director Dwi Heriyanto were among the guests attending the event.
“The Indonesia Film Facilitation website launch is a milestone in Nuon's history in consistently playing a central role in shaping the digital landscape. Nuon as a creative industry player continues to make efforts to digitize and simplify processes in the country's film industry. This innovation is Nuon's commitment to be more progressive in encouraging the digitalization of Indonesia's creative industries," Nuon Digital Indonesia Chief Executive Officer, Aris Sudewo said on a separate occasion.
Nuon and PFN's collaboration is a major step in embracing unlimited innovation and creativity. IFFa, accessible on the internet via http://www.iffa.id, serves as a pioneer in providing facilities for the film industry's needs and provides convenient and more transparent access to interesting filming locations that meet the film industry players' creative vision. IFFa will also synergize collaboration between producers and location owners, creating an innovative ecosystem that supports the film industry.
The IFFa website is also expected to simplify the rental and licensing of film production and creative content in Indonesia. Additionally, with IFFa users can easily manage payments online, reducing manual intervention and delays. This is in line with the national agenda to increase the ease of doing business and make the digitalization process more agile and responsive.
