IndiHome Appreciated Customers With 30 Umrah Packages

Telkom once again carried out the lucky draw in the Semarak Kebahagiaan Promotional Package program which gifted umrah packages to 30 lucky customers. This promotional program with a prize is part of Telkom's appreciation for customers who have chosen and are loyal to use IndiHome.

 

Jakarta, 19 June 2019 – PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) once again had lucky draws for its Semarak Kebahagiaan promotional package program with umrah packages prizes for 30 lucky customers. The lucky draws was held at IndiHome booth in Hall D foyer, Jakarta Fair Kemayoran 2019 (18/6), with Telkom Executive Vice President Regional II, Teuku Muda Nanta, Telkom Marketing Management Vice President Aulia E. Marinto, selected IndiHome customers, a number of communities, and notaries, representatives of the National  Police, Jakarta Social Services Agency, and the Ministry of Social Affairs in attendance. 

Telkom Consumer Service Director, Siti Choiriana said, the promotion program that comes with a prize is part of Telkom's appreciation to those who have chosen and are loyal to use IndiHome. "So, only do we provide the best service for Indonesian family homes, but we also give away a variety of prizes and promotional programs to indulge customers. There will be more exciting programs in the future," Siti Choiriana said in Jakarta.

Participants of this IndiHome Semarak Kebahagiaan package lucky draw are new customers who have signed up through myIndiHome app during Ramadan or from 6 May to 4 June 2019. Customers who have activated new installation, add-ons and other upgrades received notifications in their MyIndiHome application, which contain information that they were eligible to take part in the IndiHome Semarak Kebahagiaan promotional package every month until the program ends. Customers are entitled to be included twice in the lucky draw, which offers 30 umrah packages and the IndiHome Miliarder Semarak Kebahagiaan package, as well as other prizes. 

To date, there were 81,393 subscribers registered as entitled to take part in the lucky draw, which gifts umrah packages for 30 lucky winners across Indonesia. Each winner gets an umroh package for 1 person or it  can be cashed in for Rp27,000,000.

Winners will be announced through the company’s official social media accounts and IndiHome official website (www.indihome.co.id). An officer from Telkom will be assigned to contact the winners directly.
