Increasing the Use of Domestic Production in SOE Environment, Telkom Performs P3DN Sharing

Telkom recently conducted a P3DN promotion online to 5 SOEs; PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Perum Perumnas, PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) and PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) led by the Head of the TelkomGroup P3DN Team Soendojoadi. In this campaign, Telkom explained the process of implementing P3DN within the TelkomGroup, its strategy, roadmap, regulations, activities and achievement controls.

 

 

Jakarta, 15 August 2022 - PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) is promoting the increasing use of domestic production program, known as P3DN, to five state-owned enterprises; PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Perum Perumnas, PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) and PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) to support and as a form of corporate alignment with domestic industries within state-owned enterprises. During the campaign, Telkom explained the process to implementing P3DN within the TelkomGroup, from its strategy, roadmap, regulations, activities, to achievement controls.

 

Team Leader of TelkomGroup P3DN, Soendojoadi said this campaign is a form of Telkom's commitment to increasing the use of domestic products within SOEs through developing capabilities in synergy, as well as improving the national economy. Telkom has formed a special team in accordance with the government's mandate in Presidential Decree No. 2 Year 2022, which instructs the establishment of a P3DN Team to pan out its implementation, Government Regulation Number 29 Year 2018 article 56 on Industrial Empowerment, and Presidential Decree Number 24 Year 2018 on National P3DN Team.

 

"This special team is responsible for overseeing TelkomGroup's internal P3DN activities, in particular ensuring service quality by using quality and cost-effective products based on local content requirements or TKDN. We are committed to take part in making the government's P3Dn programs a success. The special team was established to focus on preparing fundamental strategies, rules, and as the mechanisms required for implementation," Soendojoadi said.

 

The TelkomGroup P3DN Team during the course of their assignment interacts with stakeholders in the TKDN ecosystem; regulators, survey institutions, and suppliers. From the regulator's part, the P3DN National Team will conduct national coordination control. The national team consists of three working groups; socialization working group, implementation working group, and P3DN monitoring working group. Telkom is part of the national team's socialization working group.

 

For a successful implementation of national P3DN, Telkom takes on a role through the integration and rearrangement of 19 P3DN applications under the coordination of the Ministry of Communication and Informatics and the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs). In addition, Telkom is also participating in building the Padi MSMEs platform as a bridge for business-to-business (B2B) and e-Procurement transactions between MSMEs and SOEs, accommodating 15 thousand B2B MSMEs to national and sectoral e-Katalogs, and supporting the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs to accelerate development and commercialization of MSMEs in e-catalogs and marketplaces.

 

Telkom will develop the infrastructure and application of the Government's Electronic Procurement System (SPSE) along with supporting systems in accordance with Presidential Instruction No. 2 Year 2022 to make the Bangga Buatan Indonesia (Proudly Made in Indonesia) national movement successful in implementing government procurement of goods and services. Previously, Telkom also supported and succeeded the Bangga Buatan Indonesia national movement by presenting a virtual expo, namely a web-based platform as a form of 3D dimensional digital innovation presented through virtual exhibition solutions that provide interactive online experiences during exhibitions, expos or conferences for visitors. This 3D Virtual Exhibition can also be a means to introduce the diverse nature, culture, and MSMEs in Indonesia.
