CX Summit 2021, Telkom Encourages Improvement on Customer Experience Quality to Revive Business in the New Normal Era

Jakarta, 5 December 2021 –  The Customer Experience (CX) Summit 2021 will be held for the 4th time on 9 December 2021, themed "Revive and Thrive Your Business by Transforming Customer Experience". The 2021 CX Summit is expected to revive business actors' enthusiasm and motivation to come up with a better future business growth strategy after going through the challenges and impacts of the pandemic over the past two years.

The 2021 CX Summit, which will be held online, is estimated to be the largest and the first CX Summit event in Indonesia, featuring virtual conferences and exhibitions with 3D and 360-degree views that will provide a new experience for exhibition visitors on 6-10 December 2021.

The CX Summit 2021 virtual conference will discuss strategic aspects that prioritize improving the quality of customer experience, or what is often referred to as Customer Experience (CX), including aspects related to the company's transformation towards customer-centric, customer experience for companies, the MSME industry (small, micro and medium enterprises), creative economy and tourism industries.

This event will feature distinguished keynote speakers such as the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises, the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy, and the Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs, Teten Masduki, as well as noted speakers from various sectors and industries.
