  1. Promotion offer applies to online registration via IndiHome website IndiHome.co.id, myIndiHome application, Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak, Kios myIndiHome or Sobat IndiHome.
  2. Bonus of 53 channels upgrade essential for 3 months applies to customer with 3P Package (Internet + TV + Phone) subscription
  3. LinkAja cashback of Rp50.000 is eligible for 3P package customer (Internet + TV + Phone). LinkAja cashback will be given on the first month of subscription payment and customer is obliged to activate LinkAja application beforehand.
  4. Customer with online registration via IndiHome website IndiHome.co.id, myIndiHome applicaiton, Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak, Kios myIndiHome or Sobat IndiHome will have chance to get IndiHome 2021 monthly surprise program coupon.
  5. For internet service with speed of 20 Mbps, subscription registration cannot be performed via Sobat IndiHome.
  6. For 3P Package (Internet + TV + Phone) option, bonuses of add-on minipack IndiHome 2, CATCHPLAY+, WeTV, Iflix, MOLA and Vidio will be applied only for customer with minimun internet speed of 50 Mbps subscription.
  7. CATCHPLAY+ service is not applied to Single Rental.
  8. IndiHome subscription contract is valid for 12 months after the service is activated. If customer terminates the contract before the valid contractual term ends, Rp1.000.000 fine will be imposed.
  9. IndiHome payment will be billed in prorate scheme on the first month of subscription.
  10. Customer is prohibited to resell, partly or fully, the service of IndiHome and is prohibited to shift, change or initiate any misconduct to IndiHome networks and services.
  11.  IndiHome provides Hybrid Box (STB) and ONT during subscription period.
  12. 3P Package (Internet + TV + Phone) is including New Basic TV package. Number of interactive TV channels and content are subject to change at all time. Channel info can be viewed at IndiHome.co.id/tv/channel.
  13. 3P Package (Internet + TV + Phone) is inclusive of free access to UseeTV GO application and for internet service with minimum speed of 50 Mbps, customer is also eligible to the free access of HBO GO that can be downloaded via Google Play and App Store.
  14.  Customer may be charged for stamp duty fee upon IndiHome bill payment according to the applied term. More info http://tlkm.id/Rx6mkB.
  15.  New IndiHome Installation fee (PSB) is Rp 500.000 and shall be paid at subscription registration for IndiHome service. Customer is prohibited to make payment in cash, except at the Plaza Telkom.
  16. Price is exclusive of 10% VAT.
