Jakarta, 13 December 2023 – A subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom), PT Administration Medika (Admedika) is collaborating with Kalbe Farma's digital health service platform, KlikDokter to launch cashless telemedicine services. Telkom Group Business Development Director, Honesti Basyir who oversees Ad Medika, Kalbe Farma Director Mulia Lie, AdMedika President Director Dwi Sulistiani, and CEO of KlikDokter, Hendra Tjong were present at the launch held recently.
The telemedicine service covers a comprehensive, online healthcare service, from remote consultations to medicines and vitamin delivery, to providing ease and comfort in accessing health services. In addition, the KlikDokter application provides features designed to make it easier for insurance companies and corporations to manage healthcare through an easy-to-use online platform.
AdMedika President Director Dwi Sulistiani said, "We are very happy with this KlikDokter and AdMedika collaboration. It provides added value for our clients and also more diverse options for telemedicine services so that we can upkeep the customer's user experience. With these innovations, insurance companies and corporations can effectively monitor and manage care plans for members and employees through user-friendly online platforms, ensuring optimal healthcare outcomes. The platform will also feature an integrated and automated online consultation validation process with additional detailed and accurate settings. This feature ensures that consultations are recorded and certified, simplifying follow-up and subsequent actions.
Users, in this case policymakers from companies or insurance companies, can activate and access this service through designated AdMedika Points of Contact (PIC). This collaboration is expected to create a seamless experience for AdMedika telemedicine members, improving the quality and accessibility of health services."
KlikDokter, which lists the services of thousands of medical personnel, including doctors and psychologists across Indonesia is dedicated to providing 24-hour service to ensure users get timely medical assistance.
